WINS the game is NOT IMPORTANT !!
Each player will receive 1 point per pawn IN THE HOME TRIANGLE ONLY. 2 pawns = 2 points, 0 pawns = 0 points etc... Pawn points for each player will be kept track of & updated 'usually' within 24 hours of playing. At the end of the month there will be 2 winners of the FREE 30 day Yacht Club Membership! 1st Place & Sunny's 2nd Chance.
The winner of the 2nd Playoff will get the other FREE 30 day Membership.
How to Qualify for 1 of the 2 FREE 30
day Yacht Club Memberships There will be 12 or 13 PRO Tournaments
each month - depending on the month. You must play at least HALF of
those tournaments ie: have played at least 12 games to qualify
for the free month. If you only play 1
game instead of 2 on any PRO Tournament you may need to make up that
missed game in order to qualify. Your games will also show
up as RED on your
STATS showing you are a game down. The HIGHEST 6 scores for each
player will be totaled to determine the Ranking for all the players.
The more you play, the more chance you have to better your score. For players who cant play as much as
the others there are WILDCARD Positions
explained below. The WILDCARD FINALISTS come from
8 pre-determined ranked
positions. 5th is default & the other 7 are picked
randomly. Ties for Qualifying SCORES
will be broken in the
following way: FIRST: a players ranking
game scores come
into play. ie: 8,7,7,6,6,4 is better than 8,7,7,6,5,5 even
thou they both add up to 38. If those numbers all tie
then... SECOND: by the number of games played
as long as the same.
If the Games Played is the same
number then the
total scores will be compared & the higher score wins.
if the scores are a TIE then the rules for
RAW SCORE are used. (see THIRD) If the Games Played are
NOT the
same number
& the player with LESS games has a higher total
they will rank higher or.. THIRD: the RAW score for each
player. Higher raw score ranks higher. If
still a tie..
Then by the SUM of the FIRST & LAST score a
player has regardless of number of games played. If still a tie... Then by the LOWEST score a player has
regardless of number of games played. If still a
tie... Then by the NEXT LOWEST scores a player has
regardless of number of games played until tie is broken.
If still tie then check with the host. If there is a tie for the
wildcard position, only the player IN the wildcard position will be a
wildcard & play in playoffs. STANDARD RULES
EVERYONE who plays BOTH ROUNDS will either be given credit on SHG as 1st, 2nd or 3rd place.
Individual banners will NOT be made unless you request it. You must play in BOTH ROUNDS to be entered in the SHG TOC database.
RESIGNING FROM PRO If a resign happens, please call host immediately. Once host tells you, the game will continue on with the remaining players on the table until 1 player gets 4 pawns in home.
BOOTING & HITTING REMOVE If a player boots from a table, that player has 5 min to come back. REMOVE is not to be hit by any of the remaining players on the table for any reason. When a boot happens, the HOST SHOULD BE NOTIFIED so a pawn count can be taken AT THAT TIME. PLEASE screenshot your game. If a player hits remove, by accident or otherwise, that player will be DQ'd & lose pawn count for the night. If host is not notified of boot & the booted player is removed, the game will be declared over, all players on table will be D'Qd & lose their pawn count for the night. In addition the booted player will get 4 points automatically. SEATING Everything
is based on groups of 4. All Blues will sit with blues, all greens will sit with greens, all reds will sit with reds & all yellows will sit with yellow.
SEATING FOR ROUND 1 - with any GROUP of 4 Tables
. Round 2: All of the same colors from Round 1 will sit together. You may sit in ANY seat as long as its YOUR TABLE to be on.
SEATING FOR ROUND 2 - with SAME GROUP of 4 tables
When a group of 4 tables doesnt have enough players they will still mix only with themselves for round 2. Only 1 table in any group of 4 - they will all play each other again - no switching of players. Winner of round 1 gets seat choice in round 2.
Only 2 tables in any group of 4 - they will mix with each other. Yellow & Red from both tables on 1 table & Blue & Green from both tables on another table.
Only 3 tables in any group of 4 - the first 2 will split up & play each other (as shown above) The 3rd table will play only each other again.
