STAFF vs. PLAYERS
	Final Stats

Players will play in 2 player games against Staff & other players.

Since there are more Players than Staff, a Player will not be out of the event until they lose their game to a Staff Member!

Eventually, all of the Players OR all of the Staff will be eliminated making the other side the winner!

There will be continuous game play & SHG points will be given as follows:

• Every 3 games you WIN = One First Place Win worth 30 SHG points.

• Every 3 games you LOSE = One Second Place Win worth 20 SHG points.

• Staff may get their SHG points under their regular Player nick if they provide it.

 

How It Works:

To make sure that the Staff are assigned to Players RANDOMLY...

• For the FIRST GAME ONLY the Players & Staff will NOT play against each other!

  • Players will in like normal & the Host will fill 1 table at a time with 2 Players.

  • When a Staff ins they will be assigned to play another Staff - NOT a Player

  • There are no byes.      If a player MUST play Staff for their first game they will NOT be out if they lose.

 

When those first games are over & Neptune starts posting, the Players & Staff are assigned to their next tables IN ORDER of Neptunes Report.

• Some Players will be assigned to play against another Player.    Win or Lose BOTH Players move on to play another game with a different opponent.

• Some Players will be assigned to play against Staff.

  • If the Player loses, they are out.

  • If the Player wins they move on to play another game.

• Staff move on Win or Lose until the number of Players remaining is equal to the number of Staff remaining.

  • If Staff loses in any new games starting after that point they are OUT.

 

This process will continue until one group has been completely eliminated.   The other group will be declared the winners!!

 

Stats will also be kept for:

• Number of Games, Wins, Losses & Pawn Count for games where a Player & Staff have been opponents.

• Number of Games, Wins, Losses & Pawn Count for Players & Staff individually.

 

Additional Info:

All Pachisi Staff were asked to participate but any Staff are welcome to play!

This is NOT an individual competition.   If you are a Player you are helping all the 'PLAYERS' try to win over all the 'Staff'

Options will be set as 1 Pawn Out, Manual 5's & No Block.    Resigns are allowed but not encouraged.

This will be a 'FIRST TO SIT AFTER ASSIGNMENT GETS SEAT' Event.   Please sit QUICKLY & across from your opponent.

Since the assigns are random, you may end up playing against the same Player or Staff at a later time.

This will take at least 4 hours.  It all depends on how many Players WIN their games against Staff & the number of Staff playing.

There are NO SUBS!   If a Player or Staff needs to leave, so be it.   This is a game of stamina as well as skill & luck.   Please let host know if you are leaving.

Other than stated above, all our standard rules & SHG rules apply.
